Material and care
Our Flat Rayon and Spandex fabric is individually dyed and hand-screened in three layers, giving each piece its own depth and character. Because every print is crafted by hand, the placement and color tones may vary slightly, making each garment truly unique. These small variations are part of the handmade process — a reflection of the care, artistry, and authenticity behind every design.
Rayon Spandex is a knit fabric blend made from regenerated cellulose fibers (rayon) and elastane fibers (spandex). Rayon provides breathability, softness, and moisture absorbency, while spandex adds stretch, shape retention, and flexibility. The fabric is lightweight, smooth, and drapes well, making it suitable for fitted or flowy styles.
- Care Instructions: Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry to prevent stretching; avoid high heat as it may damage fibers. If needed, use a cool iron. Hang dry.
Flat Rayon Material is a lightweight, breathable fabric with a smooth texture and gentle sheen. It drapes beautifully, making it ideal for flowy garments and warm-weather wear. The material is soft to the touch and comfortable against the skin, offering an elegant yet easygoing look.

Design
Before the sun, the mountain — the foundation, waiting, the same being under every island’s name.
The spiral turns without me asking, gafa curling back to where it started, never a ladder, always a return.
Fetū fade but do not leave. Manulele rides the wind above me, farther out than I will ever go, and still she finds her way back.
Land opens like a palm frond. The sea answers in swells, in arcs bent toward a shore not yet in sight.
Shark’s teeth at the reef — mana at the edge of things. Behind me, tapa dries in lines, remembering the hands that beat it.
The wind turns. Someone else’s fire reaches mine.
Where paths cross, there is a space — not empty. Vā. Everything we’ve ever given each other, kept there.
By evening, the mat beneath me was woven by hands I share blood with. This was never myth.
Mountain to sea. One people. Many islands. Still one.
